Brandon graduated from James Madison University with a BBA in Marketing. He served as a Vice President for a large insurance agency in Northern Virginia prior to becoming President of Hedrick Insurance. In 2006, Brandon earned the CIC designation. The CIC designation represents professional competence through a series of written examinations focusing on all major fields of insurance, agency operations and insurance management.

Betty Porterfield
Associate Agent/Office Manager

Betty is a life long resident of Mechanicsville. She has over 11 years experience as an insurance agent and is well rounded to assist clients with auto, home and commercial insurance.

Jason Stech
Senior Associate Agent

Jason graduated from Radford University with a BBA in Management. Jason is a life long Richmond area resident and is our in-house boating insurance specialist.

Matthew Hedrick

Matthew is currently pursuing his college degree at Virginia Commonwealth University and is a licensed agent who manages our retention program.

Suter graduated from Virginia Tech in 2008 with a BS in Marketing. He currently holds a Property & Casualty and Life & Health license. Suter manages our West Broad street location.
